[How to take (chewable type)] Chew or dissolve in your mouth

💊Adults 12 years and older: Diarrhea: Take 2 tablets (single dose) every 30 minutes or 4 tablets (double dose) every hour (as needed). Overeating/drinking (stomach discomfort, heartburn, indigestion, nausea): Take 2 tablets (single dose) every 30 minutes (as needed). Up to 8 doses (16 tablets) per day. For diarrhea, take until symptoms subside (up to 2 days).
