All orders are shipped from the United States as personal import items.
Please note that personal imports are strictly limited to personal use only, and we can only ship to addresses under individual names (no companies or institutions).
Additional Fees
- Bank transfer fees must be covered by the customer.
- If customs duties are incurred, the customer is responsible for payment.

Purchase Quantity Restrictions (for Personal Import)
Under Japanese personal import regulations, the following quantity limits apply:

About Our Products
All products sold on this website are brand new and authentic.
They are sourced and distributed within the U.S., and packaging or product specifications may differ from Japanese versions.
Minor damage to outer boxes may occur during transit or at the time of purchase from the manufacturer.
Colors may appear different due to monitor settings.
Please note that packaging may change without prior notice.
Returns will not be accepted for these reasons. Thank you for your understanding.

About Customs Duty

If customs duties or import taxes are incurred, our store will cover the cost.
No payment is required upon delivery.
💡 International Economy Shipping
Customs inspections may result in duties or even import denial.
In such cases, the customer—as the importer—will be responsible for handling the matter.
If You Do Not Receive Our Emails
If you haven’t received an email from us, please check your spam/junk folder.
If it’s not there, please visit our [How to Whitelist Emails] page for help.
Some email providers may automatically delete messages before they reach your inbox.
If that happens, please contact us using a different email address.
If your order confirmation email is returned due to a server rejection, we may cancel your order without notice.
Tracking Not Updating
After your shipment is marked as complete, it may take 1–5 days before the tracking status updates.
Tracking in Japan will only begin once the parcel arrives at a Japanese airport.
Please note: delays may occur due to customs congestion or holidays in Japan or the U.S.
About Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned to us due to refusal to accept, extended absence, or incorrect address,
we will issue a refund minus actual shipping costs and transfer fees, once the package is returned and confirmed received.
