Personal imports are limited to personal use, and shipping must be to a personal name and address only.

About our products
The products we sell are brand new and genuine.
This product is distributed in the United States, and the packaging and specifications may differ from those sold in Japan.
When purchasing from the manufacturer, there may be slight scratches, dents, or other damage to the boxes during transportation.
Due to the nature of the Internet, colors may appear different from the actual product.
Packaging may change without notice.

Delivery times
Shipping from Los Angeles, USA.
It takes approximately 4 to 10 days for international courier delivery and approximately 7 to 14 days for international economy delivery.
Delivery times may be longer than usual due to the holiday season, New Year's holidays, weather, etc.

About customs duties
Shipping by international courier
If any customs duties or other charges are incurred, they will be borne by us. There is no need to make any payments upon receipt.

International Economy Shipping
Customs inspection may result in customs duties being levied or import permission being denied.
In such cases, please contact us as the importer.

I haven't received an email
If you do not receive the email, it may have been sorted into your spam folder.
If you cannot find the email in your spam folder, please check the "How to unblock spam" page. Also, your email server may delete the email before it reaches you. In this case, please contact us using a different email address.
Please note that if the automatically sent email is rejected by the server and a transmission error occurs, we may cancel your order.


I can't check the status of my luggage
The status will be reflected 1-5 days after shipping is complete. Tracking services within Japan are available after arrival at the airport in Japan. However, depending on customs congestion and Japanese or US holidays, it may take longer than usual for the status to be reflected.

About receiving the product
If the product is returned to the shipping company due to a long absence, refusal to accept delivery, incorrect registered address, etc., and the storage period has expired, we will refund the amount you paid minus the actual shipping fee and transfer fee via bank transfer as soon as we confirm receipt of the returned item.
