Features: A single dose lasts for up to 12 hours. The expectorant ingredient guaifenesin helps thin mucus (phlegm) in the lungs and airways, making it easier to expel.

**The antitussive ingredient dextromethorphan (Dextromethorphan HBr)** suppresses the cough reflex, reducing the frequency of coughs. A formula that is less likely to cause drowsiness (non-doping, non-nighttime, daytime/nighttime type). A "maximum strength" formula with a high concentration of active ingredients in each tablet.
