This American-made maximum-strength formula effectively relieves stubborn coughs and phlegm. Features: A single dose lasts up to 12 hours. The expectorant guaifenesin helps thin mucus (phlegm) in the lungs and airways, making it easier to expel.

The antitussive ingredient dextromethorphan HBr suppresses the cough reflex, reducing the frequency of coughs. It is a non-drowsy formula (non-doping, daytime/nighttime type).
